I don’t agree or disagree with the below article. The United States is arrogant and are bullies, so I do see the author’s point.
Yet, even though the White House became extremely dark and wicked when Old Man Bush stepped into office, there hadn’t been any intelligence there until Reagan was elected and then for another 24 years there was nothing but evilness, until Trump became president.
Of course, saying that America is not the revised Babylon is debatable. It doesn’t matter to me because nothing happens that God does not want to happen, he is always in control.
But anyway, we have to look at both sides of things so tomorrow we will look at…
Revelation 18
The Desolation of Babylon
But even though in these two prophecies, an earthly king is being described, we know from reading Dan 10:13-20 that for every “ground prince” there is a ruling demon prince (a principality) or a fallen angel.
Hence, the fallen one spoken of in Is 14 & Eze 28 is indeed Satan who also possessed Nimrod, Nebuchadnezzar, and the Prince of Tyre.
There is a very close similarity to Is 14 & Eze 28 that shows us that these prophecies are about Satan himself as well as the earthly vessels who were being used to carry out his evil plans.
1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
“Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen” – the double phrase is for emphasis and certainty
3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
“Come out of her” – a common prophetic warning (cf. 52:11; Jer 51:45; 2 Cor 6:27).
5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.
7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
“I sit a queen, and am no widow” – the ungodly system refuses to see itself as it really is.
8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.
9 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,
18-9-20 – three groups lament: (1) kings (v. 9), (2) merchants (v. 11), and (3) sailors (v. 17). The passage is modeled after Ezekiel’s laments over Tyre (Eze 27).
Fifteen of the 29 commodities in vv. 12-13 are also listed in Eze 27:12-22.
“Kings…bewail her, and lament” – probably because of their own great financial loss.
It is certainly a building of the Space Age.
The seats are designed like the crew seats in the Star Trek space machines.
The legislative amphitheater is arranged in a massive hemicircle and has 679 seats, each assigned to a particular lawmaker.
While these seats are allocated to Members, one seat remains unallocated and unoccupied.
The number of that seat is 666.

Rev 13:18 states: “Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.” That is 666.
Today this Scripture is being fulfilled before our very eyes.
The Antichrist’s seat will be occupied.
The world awaits his full and final development.
The Lord will destroy him by the spirit of His mouth (the Word of God) and by the brightness of His coming (2 Thess 2:8).
The coming of the Lord draweth nigh.
10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy Judgment come.

“Purple” – an expensive dye since it must be extracted a drop at a time from the murex shellfish.
“Thyine wood” – an expensive dark wood from north Africa – used for inlay work in costly furniture.
13 And cinnamon, and odors, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.
15 The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,
16 And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!

“Shipmaster” – the pilot of the ship rather than the owner. Both are mentioned in Acts 27:11.
18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!
“Cast dust on their heads” – an act of sorrow and dismay (see Eze 27:30).
19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.
20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.
21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.
“Great millstone” – similar to the large millstone of Mk 9:42, which was actually a “donkey millstone” (one large enough to require a donkey to turn it).
The European Union (EU) parliament, consisting of 785 members, is in Brussels, Belgium.
Quite magnificent, is it not? Interestingly, the seat numbered 666 is never occupied.
Perhaps they are leaving it open for someone special?…The Antichrist!

Revelation 17 & 18 not Rome or Iraq
Actually, every nation now is a sinful country, so America is not that unique in this.
I have read Revelation 18 & 19 many times. Every time I read them I think it looks like a description of America.
The majority of Bible teachers tell us this is about Rome or the literal city of Babylon, but there are serious problems with these views.
The Babylon described in Revelation 17&18 is at the end of the age, it has a deep water port, it is totally destroyed, never to rise again. This is not true of ancient Babylon or Rome.
Did God Not See America?
Did God not see the most powerful, wealthy, influential nation to arise ever on the earth? I think he did, and America appears to be Babylon the Great.
In the same way that the Roman Empire was symbolized by Rome and the kingdom of Babylon was represented by the city of Babylon, so America here is symbolized by a city, probably New York.
America’s Symbols Came From Babylon
Even the symbols of America came from Babylon. We may think they are Roman or Greek but they got them from Babylon.
The Statue of Liberty, for instance, is actually a replica of the Babylonian goddess Ishtar the Mother of Harlots and the goddess of Freedom/Liberty. The Statue of the Goddess of Liberty topping the U.S. Capitol building dome is also Ishtar.
Standing guard at the entrance to the U.S. Capitol Building is a statue of the Greek god Mars.
According to the U.S. Library of Congress and the Office of the Architect of the Capitol, the Greeks borrowed the god Mars and the religious dogmas from the Babylonians.
There are now a number of so-called Navy maps out there.

These maps vary somewhat from each other.
Remember also that if a major quake were to hit Fema Region III, it could well set the stage for The New Madrid Fault Breaking Loose.
This in turn could trigger the Mid-Continent Rift to trigger, thus bringing the Division of America.
In other words, the Region III quake would be the first Domino to fall in a whole series of massive quakes, which would result in the waters from the Gulf of Mexico inundating the inland regions of the mid-west, wiping out inland cities.
In reality Baal stands guard at the U.S. Capitol entrance. The entire concept of the U.S. Capitol building was borrowed from Rome’s pagan temple dedicated to all the gods of Rome – it was called The Pantheon – yet, the Romans borrowed the concept from Babylon.
It was explicitly the desire of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson to have this concept in the Capitol’s design; therefore, they rigged the bidding process to make sure this design included this “Babylonian” concept of the “Pantheon of the gods.”
Judgment Must Come
When I read about the slaughter of over 55,000,000 babies, the carnage of all the innocent people in the wars that are strictly for the greed of a few, the drugs being brought in by our own country by the CIA, the deaths of all the people who have tried to expose this, the drug programs like MK – ULTRA and Project Artichoke, Satanic ritual abuse of children among the elite of the country, the legal protection of sexual perversion, the corruption of morals worldwide through our music and entertainment, and the near total absence of any warning from the pastors in this land, I know that God will not let this go unpunished.
“The main reason why I — along with many others — believe that America is the Babylon talked about in Revelation 18 is because of several verses that, when considered collectively, lead us to conclude that America is the only country that fulfills all of the parameters listed in the verses.
Let us examine what the scriptures say about this modern day end-times Babylon and see how they undeniably point to America.
1. End-times Babylon is a great nation that receives judgment for its many sins.
“And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird” (Rev. 18:2).
2. This nation is a superpower and has world dominance and importance. It has also spread its corruption to the world.
“For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her” (Rev. 18:3).
The United States could correctly be likened to a huge glacier that has – through the years of its being – run a broad and seemingly non- interruptible course through the world panorama, a course that emphasized its power and magnificence and illumined a connected series of divinely enhanced events, actions and developments throughout its diachronic existence.
Unfortunately there has also been concomitantly a broad and morality dissipating U.S. national progression that has extraordinarily eroded its base and shorn from it the last steadying vestiges of the anchoring social and spiritual appendages that brought it into being and helped greatly to steady the journey and to stabilize the course of the whole of the mass.
The United States now rests on the precipice of last hope, overlooking a sheer chasm of despair, and struggles frantically to hang on to the last vestiges of promise as it struggles against a nation of a collectively polluted morality and clings to a now mostly vanished – and neigh onto impossible to recover given the apostasy that is upon it – promise of its former glory and greatness.
With a will born of desperation the people and their political leaders cling to a grudging hold on the nation’s former glory.
Like that glacier previously mentioned this nation is slipping from that last desperate grip and is poised for a final slide into the boiling brine that will forever dissolve its greatness and dissipate into nothingness the residuals of its former glory and magnificence.
It will be an ignoble end to a greatly noble dream.
As with Jericho, God has set into motion the cadence of that final march around the borders of this nation that will precipitate the collapse and eternal extinction of what was arguably the greatest nation to ever exist on this earth.
The nation runs wobbly on, but its continuance is mostly fueled by the illustriousness of its previous existence and glory, in other words an inertia born of God’s divinely and blessedly bestowed gift of magnificence and prominence.
Secular Humanism – A Blueprint for Disaster
“The soul of the sluggard craves and gets nothing, while the soul of the diligent is richly supplied” (Prov 13:4).
“For we hear that some among you walk in idleness, not busy at work, but busybodies. Now such persons we command and encourage in the Lord Jesus Christ to do their work quietly and to earn their own living” (2 Thess 3:11-12).
“Rise up, you women who are at ease, hear my voice; you complacent daughters, give ear to my speech. In little more than a year you will shudder, you complacent women; for the grape harvest fails, the fruit harvest will not come. Tremble, you women who are at ease, shudder, you complacent ones; strip, and make yourselves bare, and tie sackcloth around your waist. Beat your breasts for the pleasant fields, for the fruitf
ul vine, for the soil of my people growing up in thorns and briers, yes, for all the joyous houses in the exultant city…” (Is 32:9-20).
Upon close inspection intelligent thinking people ought to be able to discern the source of the liberal/progressive ideology, it is an ideology spawned by the demonic realm under the auspices of that dragon of old Satan, and it has been diligently pursued by our exceedingly ignorant politicians as a birthright and as a cradle to grave doctrine emphasizing a person’s supposed innate capacity for self-realization.
This though none can exist or prosper without the staying hand of God…None!

3. The merchants of the world are made rich through trading with this nation. This nation consumes huge amounts of goods.
“And the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies” (Rev. 18:3).

4. This nation is proud and arrogant and considers herself to be invincible and the greatest nation on earth.
“How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow” (Rev. 18:7).
5. This nation is typified by an extravagant lifestyle.
“And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!” (Rev. 18:16).
6. Other nations are controlled by her and given great riches by her.
“And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her” (Rev. 18:9).
7. This nation is a coastal nation, with deep water ports and much international trade.
“And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off” (Rev. 18:17).
8. This nation has defenses in the heavens.
“Though Babylon should mount up to heaven, and though she should fortify the height of her strength, yet from me shall spoilers come unto her, saith the Lord” (Jer. 51:53).
Repeatedly we are told in Rev. 17&18 that Babylon the Great will be totally destroyed by a fire that will cause the mourners to stand at a great distance.
What kind of fire would cause this? What kind of fire would result in a land that could no longer be inhabited? How many Chernobyls and Fukushimas would be the result of sudden nuclear attack on our country?
Yes, it looks like America is Babylon the Great and that sometime in the future nuclear destruction will be the price we pay for rejecting God. I wish it were not true.
