Summary of the Book of Hebrews

2 Book of HebrewsThe book of Hebrews is a General Epistle (Apostolic Letter). It was written mainly to the Hebrew believers. The author is anonymous, although either Paul or Barnabas was traditionally accepted as the author.

It was written approximately 67 A.D. Its purpose was to present the Lord Jesus Christ as perfect and superior in comparison to anything Judaism and the old covenant had to offer.

The author was writing to a group of Christians who were under intense persecution and some were contemplating a return to Judaism. He admonished them not to turn away from their only hope of salvation.

Chapters 1-10:18 – the author repeatedly demonstrates Jesus Christ as preeminent overall things, including:

The angels,

“…when he bringeth in the first begotten into the world, he saith, and let all the angels of God worship him” (1:6).

Over Moses,

“For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honor than the house “(3:3).

Over the Old Testament priesthood,

“Called of God a high priest after the order of Melchizedek” (5:10).

The writer explains that the New Covenant is greater than the Old Covenant because Jesus was the perfect, permanent sacrifice, rather than the Old Testament sacrifices.

The author also presents the power and authority of the Word of God,

“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart” (4:12).

Chapters 10:19-13 – the writer explains that Faith is superior to the work of the Old Covenant. He writes,

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (11:1).

Chapter 11 – this is Faith’s Hall of Fame where all of the faithful individual’s from the Old Testament are highlighted in this chapter. Faith in Jesus Christ is our source of salvation because He is

4 3“…the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was wet before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God” (12:2).

I believer Paul is the author of Hebrews because it sounds like the other epistles.  Yet, he doesn’t name himself as he does in the others, nor does he begin with a greeting.

The Book of Hebrews would be beyond the understanding of Washington D.C. simply because the book is about faith in God.  Our government has no faith.  

Our government is filled of nothing but wicked, narcissistic, arrogant fools.  

The United States Constitution starts with:

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

Our government is in complete disagreement with the above paragraph and many states are debating on seceding from the union.  

Therefore –We the people – instead of wasting the money and time to do that, should force Washington D.C. to secede, declaring all government officials as foreigners, accept for President Trump, Vice-President Pence and others like them.

We can then create a completely new government, one that abides by the United States Constitution and the laws of God.

Cold and nasty weather can make a person depressed and irritable so let’s put the new White House in a southern state, a southern state that is mostly God fearing.

And in a city between the population of 30,000 to 50,000 because to small lessens security and to big causes more complications.

The Book of Hebrews is all about faith and that is something that does not exist in Washington D.C., or at least not in most of our government, especially Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the democratic party.

The 13 subjects in this book will be about or pertain to lack of faith in Jesus Christ.  So tomorrow I will show you how Satanic Washington D.C. is.
